Modular system is eco-friendly architectural technology with several unique features which result in reducing construction period and costs while maintaining high quality by stacking pre-assembled modules from our factory such as room modules, kitchen modules and bathroom modules. These modules are all fire proof, providing sound reduction and insulation. These modules can be assembled rapidly and economically at the construction sites such as hotels, apartments or dormitories by adopting different methods of repeated stacking of rectangular, small modules.

Interiors on turnkey basis can be designed by our holding Company, Shinhwa Intec on specific requests to STACO from Clients.
Shinhwa Intec has already designed and executed Interiors on turnkey basis for many shipbuilding projects.
